The shopping is easy with Ansley Mall steps away and access to highways is also a breeze. This neighborhood is often overlooked and Piedmont Heights real estate offers a nice selection of homes and condos at a comparatively great value.
The Piedmont Heights neighborhood dates back to 1912 when, like many Intown Atlanta neighborhoods, it was considered “the country” on the outskirts of Atlanta. The neighborhood has the distinction of having the two-story frame Liddell house on Montgomery Ferry. Built in 1860, it’s the second oldest surviving house in Atlanta.
